Lofilo wishes to involve the spectator of his work at a material and conceptual level: it is important to possess the capacity to appreciate the subject represented from various perspectives. Effectively Mucca can be admired from every angle, we can move around it without impairing or minimally modifying the substantial significance of the representation. Each individual has a perception and a sensitivity which is distinctive, nourished by subjective and particular emotions, and in the relation with art these aspects are focused and brought to the fore. This canvas enables us to choose the perspective we prefer, without altering or damaging the message of the artist.
In the soft and linear spreading of the various shades of pink, Lofilo helps to give greater plasticity to the form, enhancing it through the contrast with the background in a fluid and regular continuum.
